Harry Potter Facts

I came across a blog today with tons of random Harry Potter facts. I really enjoyed reading through them, so I'm posting some of my favorites on here! If you don't want to know any spoilers, you probably don't want to read this post :)

Here are some random Harry Potter facts.......

This made me laugh!

I was wondering why Crabbe was different in the movie......

This makes me extremely sad. :(

Now, here are some facts as to what happened to the characters after the final book. I loved reading these facts!

I think it's sweet that then named one of their kids Fred :)

I got all of these facts off of this Tumblr. If you are into Harry Potter, check out that website - I thought it was super interesting!

Harry Potter Party and Premiere

Last night was the Harry Potter premiere! My friend Abby had a Harry Potter party beforehand, so I went there and then to the theater to see the movie.

On Wednesday, I went over Abby's house to make owl cake pops. This was my first time making "decorative" cake pops, and I think they turned out awesome! They tasted great too :)

These cookies are the absolute best! They turned out so cute, and they taste amazing.

I ordered this 9-3/4 t-shirt specifically for the party/premiere. I think it's really cute!

I got to the party early to help set up (and also get pictures of all the cute decorations!).

This is Abby's sister Grace with the Harry Potter cardboard cutout. Her shirt even says "Future Hogwarts Scholar" :)

Abby printed out posters for everyone at the party!

I love this Skele-Gro bottle!

This sign was in the bathroom :)

My friend Erin dressed up as Luna Lovegood. I loved her outfit!

My friend Katie and I

The wizards.....aka the people who dressed up :)

The Muggles......aka the people who didn't dress up

The party was so much fun! Abby really went above and beyond with the little details, which made the party so unique.

I loved the movie too. I didn't cry as much as I thought I was going to, but now I'm just sad that Harry Potter is forever finished. I've loved seeing all of the movies and reading all of the books over the last 10 years. If you don't want to know how the movie ends, don't read ahead!

The Day is Here

I am so excited, and I can't wait to see the movie. But on the other hand, I am extremely sad. Harry Potter movies have been coming out for more than half of my life, and it all ends tonight. :(

I'm seeing the movie tonight at midnight (well I guess it is technically tomorrow). I just finished re-reading the book, so I remember everything that happens.

Is anyone else going to see it tonight? I've also got a Harry Potter party to go to before hand that I am super excited about.

I'll do another post sometime soon about the party and what I thought about the movie.

I'm so excited and sad all at the same time!!

Weekend: Harry Potter, Photography, Surfing, etc.

This was a busy weekend, which I am grateful for. I was hoping for a fun filled weekend, and I got just that!

On Friday, my mom and I stopped at Target and picked up the new Harry Potter movie. One of my friends came over later that night to watch it. I love, love, love the Harry Potter movies!

I didn't do a whole lot during the day on Saturday, so I broke out our good camera in an attempt to get some creative pictures. These are super random, but I'm going to post them anyway.

The first couple ones are of some of my purses. I'm not trying to brag - just pointing out a serious problem that I have!

My aunt gave me one of her old Coach purses over the weekend, which I love!

How cute is the inside of it too?
I think Coach should hire me to take pictures of their products. They could just pay me in purses..... :)

Now we move on to pictures of my shoes.

My closet (I love the leopard print hanger!)

I would be lost without my laptop......

OPI nail polish is my favoriteeeee. (I choose a lot of girly subjects - purses, shoes, and nail polish - ha!)

Saturday night I went out to Chipotle with some of my friends, and then we went to see the movie Soul Surfer.

I cannot say enough good things about this movie. I absolutely loved it! It was so inspirational and had such a good message. If you haven't seen it already - go see it. It's totally worth it!

Today was yet another busy day. I didn't want to get up this morning, so I just snuggled with this little thing :)

My family finally got around to coloring Easter eggs too!

In the afternoon, my dad and I tackled "my car." My dad got a new car, and I get to use his old one. So, we cleaned it out. I mean, we really cleaned it out. My dad transferred all of his stuff into his new car, and then we vacuumed, dusted, and washed the car. It looks pretty nice! Then I moved all of my stuff into it. I'm thinking of taking some pictures of it looking real nice and I'll try to blog that later in the week.

Tonight I went to my school to work a party. It was fun, but who knew 5th, 6th, and 7th graders were so wild? :)

It's a 3 day week for me this week! I'm SO looking forward to some off days coming up.
